Introduction
Hello, my name is Yati, and I’m currently the Assistant Section Head in the Production Department at MeHow Medical. Since joining in 2017 as a Production Supervisor, I’ve grown both professionally and personally, proud of the contributions I’ve made along the way.

Early Growth and Hands-On Learning
From day one, I embraced MeHow’s culture of excellence and innovation. I took a hands-on approach, learning every aspect of production to lead with both insight and empathy. My focus has always been on teamwork, operational improvement, and maintaining high standards in safety and quality.

Driving Operational Excellence
As a Supervisor, I collaborated closely with engineers and team members to reduce inefficiencies and enhance product quality. I also prioritized team morale—mentoring staff, promoting communication, and building a culture of respect and accountability.

Stepping into Leadership
In 2025, I was honored to be promoted to Assistant Section Head. Now, I oversee multiple production lines and partner with planning, quality, and engineering teams. My role involves strategic planning, KPI monitoring, and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Empowering People, Building Culture
What inspires me most is empowering others—watching team members grow into confident leaders. For me, leadership is about more than just managing operations; it’s about cultivating growth and building a workplace where people take pride in their work.
