Key technology

Micro-fluidic chip processing(precision injection)

  • It has process technologies such as milling, electroforming, lithography, and masking, and the surface finish of the mold reaches A0 level.
  • The microfluidic processing range is 10-1000μm, and the maximum aspect ratio is 10:1.

Micro-fluidic chip bonding

  • Covering multi-material chip processing capabilities, such as PMMA, COC, COP, PDMS, PC, PS and other material processing.
  • Bonding process: thermosetting, ultrasonic bonding, laser bonding, hot-press bonding, with bonding alignment accuracy of ±5 μm.
  • Multi-layer chip alignment bonding processing accuracy ±20 μm.

Micro-channel surface treatment

  • Surface modification process: Plasma sputtering coating modification, such as wetting behavior, chemical resistance, permeability, conductivity, functionalization modification (introducing modified genes), etc. processes

Microfluidic chip reagent packaging

  • Reagent packaging process: freeze-dried microbeads production, freeze-dried balls packaging, micro-liquid sample spotting, in-situ freeze-drying, reagent liquid encapsulation.
