Introduction
Hello, my name is Yen, and I currently serve as the PMC Assistant Section Head at MeHow Medical. I began my journey here in 2017 as a Junior Planner—stepping into the workforce straight from university, eager to learn and grow.
Starting Out Strong
Joining MeHow was a turning point in my life. Though new to the manufacturing industry, I committed myself to learning everything I could about production planning, material control, and interdepartmental coordination. I approached each task with precision and a sense of responsibility, knowing how even small decisions could impact the entire production process.
Learning Through Challenges
Adaptability quickly became a key strength. I tackled urgent rescheduling, material shortages, and process improvements with a mindset focused on learning and contribution. Volunteering for cross-functional projects helped me build broader expertise and stronger connections across departments.
Stepping Up
As my knowledge and confidence grew, so did my responsibilities—taking on forecasting, capacity planning, and system integration. Mentorship played a big role during this period, and I eventually had the chance to mentor others as well, something I found deeply rewarding.
Leadership and Responsibility
In 2025, I was honored to be promoted to PMC Assistant Section Head. In this role, I oversee planning and materials operations, coordinate closely with production, and support timely deliveries. My focus has shifted toward strategy, alignment, and cross-team collaboration.
Leadership with Purpose
I lead with empathy, structure, and open communication. One of my proudest achievements has been helping to build a more agile and transparent planning environment—where everyone is empowered to take initiative and adapt to changes effectively.
