In conjunction with Earth Day, we successfully organized Turtle Release Program on 18 Aprill 2025 as part of our ongoing environmental initiatives. This meaningful event aimed to raise awareness about conservation efforts in protecting sea turtles.
Back to the Ocean: Life's Eternal Cycle
All participants gathered at MeHow before departing to Penang National Park. Upon arrival, 35 volunteers took a boat ride to Turtle Conservation & Information Centers(TCIC). Before the release employees attended a short briefing from TCIC who provided insights into the turtle information and proper release techniques. Volunteers had the opportunity to release 40 young turtles back into their natural habitat. We were all fascinated by the cute little turtles.
The initiative not only strengthened our commitment to environmental stewardship but also provided employees with a hands-on experience to release turtle. The event was both educational and inspiring. We sincerely appreciate the participation and enthusiasm of our employees in making this initiative a success.
